Savory Wheatgrass Dressing


1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
1 oz fresh Wheatgrass
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp raw honey
Juice of ½ orange
3 Tbsp olive oil


Harvest 1oz fresh wheatgrass using a serrated knife or kitchen scissors.
Roughly chop into smaller pieces and add to a high speed blender or food processor, along with 2-3 tbsp water.
Pulse several times to break down wheatgrass, then blend on high until wheatgrass is as broken down as possible.
Strain the remaining wheatgrass solids out of juice before using.
Add in rest of the ingredients. Stir vigorously and serve.
