We’re so excited to be working with Next Step Produce, a local Maryland farm who has revolutionized the region agriculture by cultivating organic upland rices, grains and beans.
Traditionally used to make risotto, this variety, named Titanio, originates from Italy. The exterior is smooth and shiny when cooked, with a characteristically thick consistency.
Rice to water ratio: 1:1.5. Measure water and bring to a boil. Immediately add rice, cover pot, and simmer, untouched, without stirring, at lowest heat for 50 minutes.
Certified Organic. Grown and harvested by Next Step Produce; Newburg, MD. 16oz portions.

Available every Sunday 8:30am-1:30pm. Note you must proceed through the market even if you are only picking up your order. Please order by Wednesday 3pm for Sunday pickup the same week.
