Organic Greek Mountain Kalamon Olives in Vinegar and Evoo
These organic olives are hand picked from ancient olive trees on Mount Taygetos. They are of the black Kalamon variety and are marinated in artisinal, local red wine vinegar and Kerós extra virgin olive oil. They highlight the perfect Greek salad or any meal and are a meal themselves.
Flavor: The unique mountain recipe provides the perfect balance of earthy tartness from the local organic vinegar and an elegant, subtle sweetness from the world renowned organic extra virgin olive oil.
Terroir: Yianni’s mutli-generational farm grows the ancient Kalamon varietal of olives in the arid rock of Mount Taygetos, giving our olives their distinct, elegant flavor.
