Their shrubs are vinegar-based non-alcoholic syrup perfect for cocktails and mocktails.
The ingredients from Lindera Farms are raised in a non-interventionist process, they don’t introduce anything to the growing process, no chemicals and no fertilizers. Basically, they’re subject to the whims of the environment completely; think Darwinian farming. The positives of this practice are that you get these stronger, more resilient, more flavorful fruits, herbs, and flowers with no carbon footprint or residual impact to the environment. The result? About: A combination of our Honey and Wild Chamomile Vinegars with Wildflower, Thistle and Sourwood Honeys, and foraged Wild Chamomile.
Tasting Notes: Medium acidity. Fruity, floral and herbaceous, with notes of Caramel, Honey, Chamomile, and Sage.
Pairings: This syrup is a great addition to a cocktail, or base for non alcoholic drinks; perfect to just mix with sparkling water for a sophisticated alternative to conventional sodas. It’s also fantastic for fruit based desserts, or lighter pastries.
