A farm garnish favorite, fennel adds a fresh taste and dainty look to any dish. The rich, sweet flavor is reminiscent of anise and licorice. Micro fennel provides the same amount (if not more) flavor than it’s full-grown counterpart, but the size and texture provide a more delicate and desirable addition to most dishes. One of our favorite uses for fennel is making a watermelon and fennel microgreen salad.

the Farm
Our produce is available for curbside pick-up at the farm daily from 10am-4pm. The farm is located at 906 Bladensburg Rd. NE, Washington, DC 20002.
Pick-up at Dupont Circle Farmer’s Market
Available every Sunday 8:30am-1:30pm. Note you must proceed through the market even if you are only picking up your order. Please order by Wednesday 3pm for Sunday pickup the same week.
