Dried Wild Foraged Chanterelle Mushrooms from Arcadia Venture
The Chanterelle will add depth to a soup or sauce, are the star of a simple pasta dish when sautéed with an aromatic herb like thyme, tarragon, chervil microgreens, or parsley microgreens; they’re amazing in risotto or soft scrambled eggs, and frittatas, or simply sautéed and served over toasted bread. While mushrooms like the morel or portobello are hearty enough for a firm red wine, the chanterelle is lighter and likes to be enjoyed with a light white wine.
These mushrooms are dried and vacuum sealed in 1oz bags to maintain freshness.
