- 1 orange, peeled and sliced crosswise
- 1-2 Avocados, pitted, peeled, and sliced crosswise
- 1/2 cup microgreens
- 1 Tbsp fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Pinch sea salt
Sprinkle avocado slices with sea salt. Arrange avocado and orange slices in 2 stacks. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice and olive oil. Drizzle with olive oil mixture and top with microgreens.
