½ cup Smoothie Blend Microgreens
½ cup raspberries
½ cup frozen strawberries
¼ cup frozen blueberries
2 tbsp honey
½ cup yogurt (we used raspberry yogurt)
2 tbsp coconut water or oat milk
In a blender, combine all ingredients and pulse until blended. If more liquid is needed, add additional coconut water or oat milk and blend again, until desired consistency is reached. Sprinkle a little extra microgreens on top for garnish and enjoy!
Tip: if you want to make this more of a treat, substitute yogurt for frozen yogurt or ice cream.
