1. Mustard Microgreens + Salad Base
2. Lily’s Salad Kit (Candied Walnuts, Diced Figs, Balsamic Dressing)
3. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
4. 1/4 cup crispy chickpeas
5. 1 cup cucumber, diced
1. Combine mustard microgreens and salad base (either our signature Salanova lettuce or a blend of Radish + Buckwheat + Peas).
2. Combine walnuts, figs, red onion, chickpeas, and cucumber and sprinkle overtop.
3. Drizzle the salad with balsamic dressing just before serving. Enjoy!
