Quick, filling, and nutritious, this lunchtime wrap is the perfect mid-day meal. It is also highly customizable – add your favorite ingredients to make it your own!
- Cooked rice
- 1 pita
- Protein of your choice
- Salanova, sunnies, radish, and buckwheat blend
- Tahini dressing
Warm pita: place pita in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Assemble: spread tahini dressing over the top of the warmed pita. Place a handful of the salanova, sunny, radish, and buckwheat blend on top. Spoon cooked rice onto the bed of greens and top with a protein of your choice (I used tofu). Enjoy!
