Ingredients:
1 celery stalk
1.5 cups of water
1 lemon juiced
Container of Borage microgreens – save some leaves for decoration
2 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
Directions:
Place all ingredients in high speed blender and blend thoroughly.
Pour contents through fine mesh strainer.
Serve on ice and decorate with a sugar rim + borage leaves
Tip: If you want to turn your mocktail into a cocktail, try adding a splash of gin or vodka!
