Curated mix of shoots and larger microgreens suitable for salads and folding into warm dishes/light sauteing. Primarily composed of pea shoots, sunflower shoots, with rotating selection of additional shoots and true-leaf and/or larger microgreens (e.g. radish, endive, mustard, golden cabbage, buckwheat, beets, etc.). Longer shelf life of over 10 days when stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
