These hearty shoots are extremely versatile, often used in fresh salads or lightly stir-fried/blanched. They have a mild pea flavor and are excellent folded in warm pasta dishes or grain bowls. Pea shoots are one of the main components of our Signature Shoot Salad Blend.

Pea shoots have a very long shelf life, approximately 3 weeks when refrigerated and kept in an airtight container.

Our produce is available for curbside pick-up at the farm daily from 10am-4pm. The farm is located at 906 Bladensburg Rd. NE, Washington, DC 20002.

Available every Sunday 8:30am-1:30pm. Note you must proceed through the market even if you are only picking up your order. Please order by Wednesday 3pm for Sunday pickup the same week.
