Product Details

Celery microgreens have a sharp flavor similar to full-grown celery, but fresher. It has a characteristic flat, fan-shaped green leaf with a tender stem. It’s also full of vitamins A, B, C, and E as well as calcium, potassium, phosphorus, and amino acids. Use them in a potato salad, to top a stir fry, or on a sandwich with pickled vegetables.
