Our buckwheat shoots (or buckwheat greens) have tender, red-tinged stems and heart-shaped leaves, making them an attractive and delicious addition to any salad. Buckwheat shoots have a tangy and refreshing flavor that also pairs well with sandwiches or mixed with other greens as the base of a grain or pasta bowl. Buckwheat microgreens contain vitamin B, vitamin C, and other essential micronutrients.
