Broccoli microgreens are packed with Vitamin A as well as Vitamin B, C, E, and K; macronutrients like Calcium, Magnesium and Phosphorus; as well as micronutrients Iron, Copper and Zinc. Use these greens to make a roasted broccoli microgreen soup, in a smoothie, or to top any dish.
